ATOS WINTER GARDEN

Experience world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at our academy, led by black belt world champion Lucas Pinheiro. Our gym promotes personal growth, discipline, and evolution through the Atos HQ Jiu-Jitsu curriculum.

Kids Program

Kids learn Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, self-defense, and teamwork while building confidence, discipline, and essential life skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Adults Program

Learn Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, self-defense, and core techniques, or take your skills further with advanced moves and live sparring. We offer beginner and advanced classes.

No-Gi Program

Available for both kids and adults, this program focuses on grappling, control, and submissions without the traditional gi, using shorts and rash guards.

Professor Lucas Pinheiro

About

Originally from Manaus, Brazil, Professor Lucas Pinheiro is a 2x Black Belt World Champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a renowned instructor. One of the best athletes in the Atos Jiu-Jitsu Team, Lucas trained and competed at the highest level, earning major IBJJF titles under the mentorship of Professors André and Angelica Galvão at Atos HQ in San Diego. In 2023, after winning the IBJJF World Championship, Lucas retired from competition. Now, as the founder of Atos Winter Garden in Florida, he is dedicated to sharing his expertise and continuing the Atos legacy through his teaching and leadership.
